Welcome to Artrovo Gundam 3D Print Service ("we," "us," or "our"), a division of Iron Valley Logistics LLC, operated from Santa Clarita, California. By using our website at prints.artrovogundam.com (the "Site") and our 3D printing services (the "Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Services

We provide custom 3D printing services using FDM technology, with SLA (resin) coming soon. You upload 3D model files, select materials and options, receive a quote, and we manufacture and ship the finished parts.

2. Accepted Files

We accept .STL and .3MF file formats up to 100MB. We do not accept .gcode files for security reasons. Uploaded files are encrypted at rest and stored securely.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are in US Dollars (USD).
  • Quotes are valid for 7 days (14 days for bulk orders of 50+ units).
  • Payment is processed via Stripe. We accept major credit cards.
  • FDM prints have a minimum order of $15.00.
  • Bulk orders above 50 units require a 50% deposit.

4. Order Process

Once payment is confirmed, your order enters production. Orders progress through: printing, quality check, packing, and shipping. You will receive email notifications at key milestones.

5. Shipping

  • We currently ship within the United States only.
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
  • Orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping.
  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

6. Quality Assurance

Every print undergoes quality inspection before shipping. We check for layer adhesion, dimensional accuracy, surface quality, and structural integrity. If a print fails QC, we will reprint at no additional cost.

7. Intellectual Property

  • You retain all rights to your uploaded 3D models.
  • You represent that you have the right to print the models you upload.
  • We do not share, sell, or use your files for any purpose other than fulfilling your order.
  • We may decline to print models that infringe on known intellectual property rights.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim related to our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our Services to print:

  • Items that are illegal under federal, state, or local law
  • Weapons, weapon components, or weapon accessories
  • Items that infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
  • Items intended to deceive or defraud

11. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
